FiveSpice Bistro in downtown Lake Oswego is celebrated for its innovative, simple dishes that combine classic French technique with vibrant touches of Asian influence, and for our carefully chosen selection of 125 wines from France, Oregon and Washington, including 25 offered by the glass. Our philosophy at FiveSpice is driven by the spirit of terroir, which in French wine culture refers to the unique way that the region in which grapes are grown inflects the wine made from them. We work together with local winemakers to indentify the best local wines and our wine selection is updated weekly.
Likewise, our chefs Douglas Alexander and Paul Mitchell have forged relationships with ranchers, farmers and purveyors in Oregon and Washington to ensure that we serve only the freshest, highest-quality local foods. Linking Europe and the Pacific Northwest, our menu and our wine list exemplify the connections between flavors, origins and ingredients that define our restaurant.
